VIP Members have no additional fee(s) to request services. All other customers will incur additional fee(s) to utilize these services, paid directly through our website.
If there is ever an instance where you are not completely satisfied, please contact the “Service Provider” directly to resolve the issue. eConcierge Solutions is not liable for unresolved issues with each “Service Provider.” However, we would like to be informed of any situation, as it may warrant having them removed as a preferred provider.
We do not offer a refund policy, however, we ask that you allow us to make every effort to resolve any issue that may occur. We also reserve the right to refuse any service request.
In the event that you are not available at the time you requested to have your services rendered, eConcierge Solutions will access a $50 trip charge. However, if you rescheduled within 24 hours of the missed appointment, we will credit this trip charge towards your service request.
